At Nova Eduspace Private Limited, we are committed to delivering high-quality educational experiences through our Portable Planetarium Shows, STEM workshops, Astronomy programs, and other educational activities. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to provide a seamless experience for every school and participant.
Cancellation by Schools or Clients
Schools or organizations may request cancellation or rescheduling of a booked program by informing us in writing via email or phone.
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled event may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling, subject to mutual agreement.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled program may incur reasonable administrative or logistical charges.
If the event has already been conducted, no refund will be applicable.
Cancellation by Nova Eduspace
In the unlikely event that Nova Eduspace is unable to conduct a scheduled program due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, technical issues, government restrictions, or other unavoidable situations, we will:
Reschedule the program to a mutually convenient date, or
Provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.
Refund Policy
Refund requests will be reviewed promptly upon receiving a written request.
Eligible refunds will generally be processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment.
Refunds will be applicable only for services that have not yet been delivered.
Non-Refundable Services
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
Programs that have already been conducted.
Digital educational materials or downloadable resources once accessed or delivered.
Customized educational content or specially arranged workshops.
Travel, accommodation, or logistics expenses incurred specifically for the scheduled event, where applicable.
Rescheduling
Schools may request to reschedule a confirmed program subject to availability.
Nova Eduspace will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests received in advance.
